There were at least three different airlines with this name. This airline was founded as a passenger charter operation with air cruises between New York, and Miami, Nassau and Bermuda. They were given a Cease and Desist order from the CAB as they did not have an international charter exemption. They used B-314 and DC-4 equipment.
